Operational Improvement programs, driven by Performance
Management, lie at the core of strategy deployment; Operational
Improvement, embracing many problem solving and waste elimination
tools and techniques, is fundamentally about engaging people at all
levels of the company in team-based continuous improvement.
We offer a wide range of support in this field, from company-wide
programs, through assistance with specific techniques and
methodologies, to short sharp audits that focus management on
priorities for action. Tailored company-wide programs can be
developed, either based upon the TWCM model or designed to meet
particular needs.
Performance Improvement through Process Excellence (PIPE)
PIPE delivers a set of tools that assist senior managers deploy
their vision and strategy, both to achieve operational goals and to
prioritise and implement change programs. Review processes are
established that enable senior managers to monitor company
performance using a "dashboard" of high level indicators, drilling
down into specific processes only when problems are highlighted.
To assist with the development of the key performance indicator
network, we may use reference models such as the European Foundation
for Quality Management (EFQM)’s Business Excellence Model as a
benchmark, ensuring a comprehensive and consistent framework of
performance indicators, tailored to each company's individual needs.
In addition to taking the fog and fuzziness out of managing a
business, our tools enable companies to make a smooth, managed
transition from functional to process-based organisation.
